It’s through my elite football career as both a player and a coach that I’ve developed a passion for training of all sorts. Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to specialize in physical conditioning and injury management with high-level athletes. I‘ve also completed my health training with an osteopathy diploma, in order to intervene in both chronic pain and rehabilitation for athletes of all levels. I am more than ready to help you reach your goals, whether you aim for better health or high-level performances.

My motivation? To guide people into having an active and healthy lifestyle! I am truly passionate about physical activity. I like to facilitate speaking and relational skills. I am a friendly, cheerful and always looking for new challenges. I have extensive clinical experience: cardiac rehabilitation, Fillactive® program makeover, development of monitoring methods specific to endurance athletes and creation of a running club, that I have been following for 3 years.

Strength and power training are my favorite disciplines. I’m always looking for the latest scientific studies and helping you achieve your goals is my greatest motivation. Training with me is fun because I know how to motivate people. Many studies show that strength development play a key role in chronic pain relief, so do not hesitate to consult me for lower back pain or to learn basic powerlifting techniques.

I have more than 30 years of experience as both a manager and consultant in sports, physical activities and motor activities (schools / nurseries / Sports and community associations). I have an undergraduate degree in physical activity science and a graduate degree in management. I am known for being versatile and flexible, responsible and autonomous, persistent, creative, diplomatic, altruistic and committed. I am also characterized by strong organizational and team working skills.
